Remember, the Talking Head is an high technology adult product with a microprocessor on board. Press lightly on the buttons until you hear and feel the click. You do not have to press down hard or repeatedly to operate it properly. The Talking Head takes approximately 1 second to power up and activate its software. If your Talking Head doesn't seem to be operating correctly, please refer back to the instructions. In just a few minutes you will have mastered its operation.

Q: How many audio fantasies, songs or audio files does Talking Head hold?
A: It will hold numerous audio fantasy voices, depending upon length in addition to up to a half dozen songs or audio files, again depending on their relative file sizes. As a rule of thumb add the file sizes together to reach approximately 64 megabytes of RAM. When the unit becomes full, you will have to delete existing to files to add others. Your Talking Head should hold up to 1 hour total of audio recordings or one-half hour of songs.

Q: How do I record a voice remotely?
A: Record through your computer microphone to create an MP3 file then email it to the computer connected to the Talking Head for download. You can also record directly into the unit through its built-in microphone: Speak clearly into the microphone from 4-6 inches away. See User Guide for complete instructions.

Q: What if it says "not enough memory" when I'm trying to drag and drop an audio file into the Talking Head window on my computer screen?
A: You will have to delete an audio file or files manually on the unit itself by pressing and holding down the top black button for two seconds while the audio file you want to delete is playing.

Q: Do I have to use headphones included in the package?
A: No, your Talking Head has a high-quality speaker in the base of the end cap.

Q: What if my Talking Head seems low on power?
A: Make sure you use new, high-quality batteries like lithium batteries or other batteries designed for use in high tech appliances or toys.

Q: How do I clean my vibrator?
A: Simply remove the vibe shaft by turning counter clock wise and wash with soap and warm water. To replace, line up grooves and turn gently clockwise until vibe locks safely into place.

Q: What if some of the tunes I load into the Talking Head don't play even though they appear in the hard drive window?
A: Some tunes, especially if purchased through I-Tunes, will only play on the computer on which they were downloaded and one MP3 player.

The Talking Head Vibrator is rigorously tested for quality control and comes with a 60-day protection plan.

We will replace any defective unit with a working/corrected unit free of charge. If you receive an item and it is defective upon receipt, please contact our customer service either by emailing us at sales@mylittlesecretllc.com or by calling Customer Service toll-free at (314) 583-3905. We will immediately send you a replacement unit with a prepaid, return shipping label for the defective unit.

When your merchandise arrives, inspect it carefully before you use it (merchandise that has been used may not be returned). If you are not satisfied, you may return the unopened and unused products within 15 days of receipt. We will refund your credit card account the full amount paid less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Except for defective units, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
